Oh hey, you're here. Just to make sure you're in the right place...
It's David Cartolano - this guy.
I'm looking for my next email list to acquire.
I'll run everything and give you a cut of the profit without you lifting a finger (once we're up and running).
This is for you if you basically got sick of the niche and moved onto another business.
And you have no bandwidth or desire to revive and nurture this list.

Requirements:
- The list is composed of subscribers who have willingly opted in.
- A list of 100% buyers is definitely preferred. If not...the more, the better. I will ask for screenshots of revenue (shopping carts, payment processor screenshots, etc.) to verify these buyers.
- List size: 25,000+ or 10,000+ buyers - not an immediate qualifier, I'll have to crunch other numbers.
- The last email sent was less than 2 years ago.
- Industries - mass market (anything there are magazines for) is preferred, but I'm fine with specialized niches. But no seedy shit. I'm not going to sell crap to people.
- There is an active funnel/website bringing people in. HUGE plus if there's a media asset (YouTube, blogs, etc.) attached to the list.
- Product/login support is NOT included - that's something that can be outsourced to a VA.

This is done on a profit-split percentage based on the projected list value.
If the revenue itself is consistent, we can talk about a formal acquisition.

"But David, do you SUCK at what you do?"
You tell me. ↓

I can keep going, but you get the picture.
How Does This Work?
It’s ongoing email list management. I write the emails, send them, keep them out of spam, optimize things for more conversions.
I write/edit nurture sequences and automations as I see fit to maximize profit.
The audience gets emails 3 to 5 times a week, depending on the deliverability, revenue, and level of engagement. Even if the YouTube/blogs/other forms of content are old, I’ll keep the emails new and relevant so it doesn’t seem like they’re reading emails that have been there for years.
Depending on the mechanics of your list and how it works, I’ll come up with different promos. That’s something more specific to the list itself and your company’s offers.
The revenue share would be done via Stripe (or other payment processors) to automate the process.
If I believe that there is a way of further monetizing the list while strictly maintaining the list quality, I will find opportunities for solo ads/other products.
Obviously, I‘d want to get into your email list/CRM (with limited permissions, of course) and crunch some numbers to see if this would be economically viable.
I am extremely selective about WHO I work with, and the size of the asset.
That's it.
